Under the direction of Commander of the Army, troops of Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi commenced the National Drug Prevention campaign within the Kilinochchi Education Zone in parallel with the national drug prevention programme on 21 January 2019.
Children of 64 x Government Schools in Killinochchi District were handed over leaflet which was published by the presidential secretariat and displayed posters in and around more school children are gathered. Further, all students were addressed by the respective Battalions Officers and informed the importance of this programme as well as took the oath at the morning assembly.
