KILINOCHCHI TROOPS INVOLVED IN SHRAMADANA CAMPAIGNS

Troops of 652 and 653 Brigades of 65 Division under Security Force Headquarters -Kilinochchi involved in few CIMIC Projects in the area on 08, 09 and 11 August 2019.

The troops of 20 (V) VIR of 652 Brigade organized a Shramadana campaign to clean the Kannakaipuram Methodist Church premises, Kashi Mun Palliy Pre School and St. Sebastian Church premises at Konavil.

Meanwhile, the troops of 10 SLLI of 653 Brigade organized a Shramadana campaign to clean the St. Anthony Church premises and Palinagar Kulavari Pullayar Kovil premises. More than 100 Military troops and Civilians participated in said Shramadana campaigns.

Those campaigns were organized as per the concept of the Commander Security Force Kilinochchi, Major General G V Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG and under the supervision of Major General KAW Kumarapperuma USP, General Officer Commanding - 65 Division.
