Commander Security Force Kilinochchi Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda appeared as the Chief Guest for the auspicious inauguration of the newly-erected Hindu-Buddhist Cultural Association - National Sinhala Language Centre Kilinochchi Branch which was ceremonially opened on 28 January 2021 at Paranthan.
EU Lanka @ Forum provide sponsorship for the newly Hindu-Buddhist Cultural Association - National Sinhala Language Centre with the vision of Unity through Language. Guiding the youth of Northern Province to become good citizen of a society by creating goodwill and mutual understanding among ethnic groups by enabling them to achieve competency in the Sinhala language.
