Troops of 57 and 66 divisions under Security Force - Kilinochchi learnt more on ‘Human Rights’ at the Nelumpiyasa auditorium and BTS - Arasapurakulam during 07 - 08 March 2019 with the objective of educating Army personnel.
Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Ralph Nugera has given his blessings to the project. Coordinating Officer in the Human Rights Commission in Vavuniya, Mr. M R Priyadharshana conducted the programme. More than 14 Officers and 500 Other Ranks attended the lecture.
