INJURY PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP FOR PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTORS
An awareness programme for PTIs in KLN AOR on injury prevention and management with correct and latest exercises techniques was conducted on 23& 24 July 2015 in SF HQ (KLN). \r\n\r\nLt Col LRTD Herath, Capt RK Attygalla, Capt SNM Senevirathne, Capt WKPS Bandara, WO II Perera RMC and L/Cpl Gallage CP contributed their assistance as instructors for the workshop. 65 Physical Training Instructors were present for the workshop.\r\n
