INDIAN BASED DEFENCE ATTACHES$ VISIT TO KILINOCHCHI
Foreign delegates representing twelve countries from Indian based Defence attaches attended for Defence Seminar 2014 at Colombo visited Kilinochchi on 21 August 2014.
Comd SF (KLN) warmly received the foreign delegates and made a comprehensive presentation in related to post conflict peace building and normalcy restoration activities/ Multi directional development projects launched by the government in SF (KLN) Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
After the presentation they visited Harmony Center and Comd SF (KLN) further explained about Objectives/ Scope about establishment of Harmony Center and 13 ongoing projects initiated by SF (KLN) to improve the living standard of the people in Kilinochchi and also programmed/ other livelihood assistance given to civilian in Kilinochchi area.
As the final event, tea party was given at Commander$s House and momentous were given to all delegates.
