ICRC CONDUCTED WORKSHOP FOR OFFICERS\' IN SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI
Security Forces Kilinochchi and the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Colombo had jointly organized 03 days workshop for Senior Officers serving in the Kilinochchi area on the Role & Responsibilities of Military Law Enforcement Operation from 09 to 11 June 2015 at Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi auditorium.\r\n\r\nThe seminar was conducted by Retd. Brigadier General Lloyd Gillett, who is the Regional Armed and Security Forces Delegate of the ICRC,Field Delegate Patrick Morin and Communication Officer of ICRC Mr Channa Jayawardane also joined with him to impart the knowledge for officers on this workshop.\r\n\r\nGeneral Officer Commanding 57, 65 and 66 Division, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers and other Senior officers of Security Forces Kilinochchi participated in this workshop.\r\n
