GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING 57 DIVISION MARK HIS FIRST VISIT TO BRIGADES
Brigadier W A V A Sudasinghe USP IG, General Officer Commanding – 57 Division mark his first visit to under command brigades during 16 – 23 January 2016 after assuming duties as GOC – 57 Division.\r\n\r\n GOC – 57 Division visited 571 Bde, 572 Bde on 19 & 16 January and 573 Bde, 574 Bde on 20 & 23 January 2016 respectively. GOC warmly received by Brigade Commanders on their respective brigade headquarters customary with military tradition. A field visit was followed by troops address, briefing by Bde Commanders, camp visit and tree planting programme and finally, GOC left his memories by signing the visitor’s books to mark his first visit to under command brigade headquarters.\r\n
