Foreign Student Officers of DSCSC Course No12 of the Defense Services Command and Staff College visited the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi as a part of their study tour on 31 October 2018. On their way to SF HQ (KLN) from Jaffna, they paid their respect with their family members to the Hasalaka Gamini monument at Elephant Pass.
They were warmly welcomed by the Brigadier Channa Weerasuriya, Brigadier General Staff, Col Sunil Pingamage Brigadier Admin & Quartering on behalf of Commander Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi and comprehensive presentation on Recapturing Killinochchi & Reconciliation process was presented by Colonel Lasantha Rodrigo, Commander, 663 Brigade in order to make them aware of our Military Operational capabilities as well as involvement and contribution to establish proper function of Government Mechanism. After the refreshment with sweet memories they proceeded to Mullaitivu.
