In parallel to assuming the duties as the Commander Forward Maintenance Area Kilinochchi, Brigadier Nilam Herath FMA (KLN) has distributed dry ration packets for pregnant mothers in on 23 June 2021.
Five pregnant mothers are from the Barathipuram received dry ration packs each worth more than Rs. 5000.00 which included with Rice, Flour, Dhal, Sugar, Milk powder, Tea, Noodles, Packets of biscuits and Soya meet, soaps, medicines, sanitary packs and etc.
Colonel Forward Maintenance area Kilinochchi, Commanding Officer of 5 SLCMP, 7 SLSC, 7 SLEME, second in command of 6 SLAOC, Officers and Other Ranks were joined the programme after visiting doorsteps of all those recipients.
