FIVE-DAY WORKSHOP TO EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES ON PERSONAL SKILLS OF MIDDLE GRADE OFFICERS, INAUGURATED IN KILINOCHCHI

One more workshop to share experience and information, in relation to SKILL DEVOLOPPING, organized jointly by the Directorate of TRG (DE TRG) and the SOFT SKILLZ INTERNATIONAL in Sri Lanka commenced at the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on 10 November 2019.

The five-day workshop at Kilinochchi, conducted by SOFT SKILLZ INTERNATIONAL Officers with collaboration of the De Trg, focuses on structure and purposes of developing personal skills, information management, process of public speech, target audience analysis, recognition of propaganda and review. A total of 24 officers representing 57, 65, and 66 Divisions are attending this five-day long workshop.

Captain (Rtd) Sumeda Mirihana managing partner together with Miss. Sulakshana Fernando Director/CEO from the SOFT SKILLZ INTERNATIONAL act as resource personnel during the sessions.

The programme, closely supervised by Brigadier Senarathyapa, Brigadier General Staff Officer of Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi is an extension of the De Trg proposed programmed, meant to promote middle grade Officers.
