On the concept of Commander Security Force (Kilinochchi), English Language Course for Junior Officers serving in Kilinochchi area was organized with the intention of enhancing Basic English Language proficiency.\r\n\r\nThe course commenced with 16 student officers on12 Jan 2015 terminated with an entertainment programme on 20Mar 2015 at Security Force Headquarters auditorium. Following officers secured first, second and third places at the final grading.\r\n\r\n a. Lt H R S SJaymanna SLSR (O/69125) - 1st Place\r\n b. Lt P P Fernando SLAWC (O/8349) - 2nd Place \r\n c. Capt C M Wickramanayake SLASC (O/67864) - 3rd Place\r\n\r\nCommander,Security Force (Kilinochchi) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Large number of officers of Security Force Kilinochchi attended the above event.\r\n
