ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME OF BRITISH COUNCIL CONCLUDED
As per the concept of Commander of the Army, selected twenty officers under Security Force (Kilinochchi) followed a 10 Day English Communication Skill Development Programme at the Security Forces Headquarters premises from 05 Oct 17 to 18 Oct 17. The said programme was concluded ceremonially after awarding the certificates for participants on 18 October 2017 at the Security Forces Headquarters Conference Hall.\r\n\r\nThe course curriculum had based on improving professional speaking and listening skills for effective communication in English Language. The aim of the course was to improvethe reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of the officers of Security Force (Kilinochchi). The course was conducted by Professional Trainer Mr. Michael Crowtright of British Council in Sri Lanka.\r\n\r\nAt a simple certificate ceremony, a token of appreciation was offered to Mr. Michael Crowtright as appreciation of his service rendered to Security Force (Kilinochchi).\r\n
