DONATION OF SCHOOL BAGS AND STATIONARY FOR FLOOD AFFECTED SCHOOL CHILDREN IN KILINOCHCHI

The Security Force Kilinochchi has organized a donation programme of school bags and stationeries for the flood affected school children in collaboration and directions with Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Disaster Management Center and Dialog Axiata PLC.

The event was organized at the Dharmapuram Central College on 07th January 2019. The Commander Security Force Kilinochchi, Major General Ralph Nugera was the chief guest at the event and representatives from Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Disaster Management and Dialog Axiata PLC participated for the event.

The Dialog Axiata PLC sponsored the event with school bags and stationaries worth of Rs: 1558680.00 and altogether 838 flood affected school children were benefited. The school teachers and school children emphatically appreciated and paid their honorable gratitude towards the military personal and Dialog Axiata PLC for the coordinated effort to uplift the harmony between the military and civilians.
