On the request made by Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi, International Rotary Club (District 3230) of Chennai with the coordination of Mr. K. Kandaraj - Colombo donated reading books to Harmony Centre Library on 03 Sep 2015 to upgrade social knowledge and educational interest among children and youngsters in Kilinochchi area. \r\n\r\nThis book collection included some biographies, story books and Educational books in both English and Tamil languages. Civil Affair Officer - Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi, Officers and President of International Rotary Club (District 3230- Chennai) Mr. Dhanasekaran and their members attended the event.\r\n
