According to the Reconciliation Endeavour of the Commander 661 Brigade, Brigadier Priyantha Jayawardana this programme was organized by the 661 Brigade and 24 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment. The aim of this progamme was to build the restoration of reconciliation among the school children and the villagers.
This programme was held on 22 January 2019 at K/Gnanimadam Vidyalaya Pooneryn and Commander 661 Brigade grace the occasion as the chief guest Second in Commander 24 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Principal and all teachers and student of the school were attended for this occasion, and Science Faculty of Jaffna Campus sponsored these donation and twenty students were participated.
