DISTRIBUTED ESSENTIAL FOODS FOR CIVILIANS IN 66 DIVISION AREA

Distributed hot meal packs among 180 civilians and dry ration packs among 26 low income families in Shivanagar, Pallikuda, Paranthan, Kollakarachchi and Weddiyakurichchi villages in 66 Division area organized by Troops of 24 Vijayabahu, 11 (V) Gajaba, 5 (V) Mechanized Infantry Regiments and 2 Sri Lanka National Guard on 26 March 2020, to maintain concession of the people during the curfew period which imposed to avoid spreading of Covid -19 Epidemic.

This programme was launched with the direction of the Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi, Major General HMJK Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP ndc psc and under supervision of General Officer Commanding 66 Infantry Division Major General MD Wijesundara RSP.
