As per the direction given by the Commander 651 Brigade, 19th Light Infantry Regiment organized a donation programme of ready made garments, worth of Rs. 25000 for 45 low income families selected from Iramanathanagar area on 02 November 2015.\r\n\r\n The donation was extended by Major Rohan Jayasinghe (Retired) and his family members from Colombo and Mr. W Christopher Elyas Fernando and his family from Italy.\r\n\r\n Commanding Officer and other officers of 19th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment, and families of donors were present at the event.\r\n
