Mr Anthony Daiziel ,Head of Operations for South Asia at the ICRC Headquarters in Geneva and newly appointed Head of Delegation - ICRC in Sri Lanka Mrs Claire Meytraud visited Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi and met Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc Commander , SF HQ (KLN) on 15 October 2015.\r\n\r\n Delegates of ICRC briefed on current ICRC activities in North and took time to introduce new Head of Delegation to Commander SF HQ (KLN).\r\n
