According to the request made by Divisional Secretariat of Thunukkai, with the direction of General Officer Commanding of 65 Division, under supervision of Commander 652 Brigade, troops of 7 Sri Lanka National Guard renovated the critically damage culvert which is located at AKKARAYAN to THUNUKKAI road on 04 December 2019.
The technical and material support had given by Road Development Department for this programme. The Divisional Secretariat of Thunukkai and respective official had visited area during the work on commence. The troops were well-coordinated with community of area and officials of Road Development Department to succeed of this campaign.
1 x 20 troops, 30 x Civilians of area and 2 x Officials of Road Development Department were participated this programme.
