With the objective of fulfilling a long-standing welfare need of lower ranks serving at Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi, Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda, Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi laid the cornerstone on the auspicious time to construct a well designed fully facilitated Corporals' Club on 30 January 2021.
The cornerstone laying for the new project was conducted in a simple ceremony, with the attendance of all Senior Staff Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi.
