COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES - KILINOCHCHI VISITED UNDER COMMAND DIVISIONS AND FORWARD MAINTENANCE AREA - KILINOCHCHI
Major General K A D A Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi marks his last official visit of under command Divisions and Forward Maintenance Area - Kilinochchi before relinquishing his duties on 03, 04 and 09 January 2017.\r\n\r\nIn order to, marking his official visits, initially visited Forward Maintenance Area - Kilinochchi on 03 January 2017 and 65 Division Headquarters on 04 January 2017, 57 and 66 Division Headquarters on 09 January 2017. During the visits, Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi was accorded by a guard turnouts at the all divisions and forward maintenance area - Kilinochchi and warmly welcomed by all the General Officers Commanding and Commander Forward Maintenance Area with military customs and traditions at their respective headquarters premises. Gathered troops of under command formations of above Divisions and Forward Maintenance Area were addressed by Commander and he appreciated the service of all ranks and encouraged them to continue to offer their service effectively and planted saplings and signed the visitors\' books as an aide memoire of his visits. At the end of the all visits, plaques were presented to Commander - Security Forces by all General Officer Commanding and Commander Forward Maintenance Area.\r\n\r\nBrigadier H D W Kariyawasam USP Lsc, Commander Forward Maintenance Area Kilinochchi, Major General W A S Weerawardhana RSP USP IG, General Officer Commanding - 65 Division, Brigadier G J A W Galagamage, General Officer Commanding 57 Division and Brigadier D C Keppetiwalana RSP ndu psc, General Officer Commanding 66 Division were welcomed the Commander and ushered him at their under command headquarters.\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, the troops from Security Forces Headquarters and its under command units were addressed by Major General K A D A Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, at the Headquarters premises on 10 January 2017.
