CIVIL EMPLOYEES IN PONNAKARY TOOK PART IN A SPECIAL YOGA SESSION
Civil employees of Divisional Secretariat in Poonakary took part in a special yoga session held in the Divisional Secretariat premises on 06 and 07 November 2017 under the patronage of General Officer Commanding - 66 Division Major General Duminda Keppetiwalana RSP ndu psc\r\n\r\nThe session was conducted by a team of specialized yoga instructors who were led by Yogi Leelananda Wickramarachchi with the aim of assisting the physical, mental and spiritual elevation of the participating employees of Divisional Secretariat Ponnakary. Further, it would be benefited to the people in Poonakary to get maximum efficiency from the Divisional Secretariat employees.\r\n\r\nA total number of 55 employees followed Yoga and Relaxation technique with guidance and the assistance of Sri Lanka Army. Further, all participants were heartily appreciated and paid their humble gratitude towards the military personals for initiating this type of programme.
