With the guidance of General Office Commanding 65 Division Major General K A W Kumarapperuma USP and under the supervision of Commander 653 Brigade Col JAJLB Udowita RWP RSP, 17 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry Organized a book donation programme for 50 pre school children at THERANKANDAL KALEI MAGALAN on 17 June 2019.
50 packs consisted of school stationaries for kids and 04 gifts packs for teachers were also distributed among teachers. 25 soldiers and 35 parents of the childrens participated in the event.
