BEHAVIOURAL DEVELOPMENT & MENTAL WELLBEING WORKSHOP AT SF - KLN
On the concept of Commander of the Army, directed and guided to improve the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the Officers and Other Ranks by implementing behavioural development programme within the Army. According to that concept Directorate of Psychological Operation conducted a 03 day workshop and TOT programme under the theme of “ Blissful Military Life ” at Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi from 17 November to 19 November 2015 with the coordination of Director General Health Services.\r\n \r\nCol R M M Monaragala Consultant Psychiatric and Commanding Officer ABH (PNG) and his team conducted workshop for 53 officers who were serving in Kilinochchi area. During this workshop they highlighted how to change civil and military life for the positive things and improvement social, mental and physical health. \r\n\r\nA Closing ceremony of workshop witnessed by Brigadier General Staff (KLN) and awarded certificates to the participating officers on 19 November 2015.\r\n
