Road accidents were increased due to vehicle congestion, negligence the traffic rules by drivers and pedestrians and riding vehicle in beyond the speed limits. Therefore, to prevent accidents, SF HQ (KLN) had organized an awareness programme on Road Traffic Rules for Army personnel, performing duties in Kilinochchi area, was held on 09 December 2015 at the auditorium in SF HQ (KLN) with the coordination of Police Station Kilinochchi.\r\n\r\nThis awareness programme was conducted by the Sub Inspector D D G Jayasiri ,Police Station Kilinochchi. During programme lecturer has briefly discussed with the attendance about traffic rules and procedure, preventing accidents, responsibilities as a driver and pedestrians. 120 Officers and Other Ranks participated this awareness programme. \r\n
