AWARENESS PROGRAMME TO MARK INTERNATIONAL HEALTH DAY
On the concept of Commander SF (KLN), Project Officer of Health project at Harmony Center stepped another foot forward to uplift the health condition of Military and police personnel, organizing an awareness programme on cigarettes and alcohol on 02 April 2015 with the assistance of officials of Alcohol and Drug information Center to be in line with international Health Day.\r\n\r\nTwo lengthy and informative lectures were conducted on Cigarettes and Alcohol by Mr. Indika, workshop officer and Mr, Sampath Seram, Director of workshop in Sri Lanka Alcohol and Drug Information Center respectively.\r\n\r\nGOC of 57 Div attended as the chief guest of the programme. Civil Affairs Officers of Divs, Project officer of health project at Harmony Center and approximately 500 gathering including Officers and ORs of Army / Air Force / Police were present for the programme.\r\n
