ARMY SUPPORTS EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR FOR THE GRADE 5 STUDENTS IN KILINOCHCHI
SF (KLN) implements various projects for students in Kilinochchi to groom them to win their future through effective education. With the intention of revising the lessons a seminar was organized on 20 July 2014 at Kilinochchi Viwekanandanagar Viduhala for the students who are sitting for grade 5 Scholarship Examination this year.
Mr. Sri Skandharaja Director of Education (Retired), Primary Education Section, Chawakachcheri Zonal Education Office conducted the seminar form 0830hrs to 1200hrs for 250 students who are sitting for the grade 5 Scholarship Examination in August. All the participants were provided refreshments with the financial assistance of Union Assurance PLC, Kilinochchi.
GOC 57 Div, Commander 571 Bde, Mr. Kokilan Regional Manager, Northern Province Union Assurance PLC, the principal and teachers of grade 5 classes attended for this seminar.
