60 Army personnel including 6 Officers volunteered to offer their blood to patients in Kilinochchi on 01 Aug 2019 at Bank of Ceylon Kilinochchi branch premises turned to the troops under the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi for assistance after request made by the bank.
The project, aimed at to celebration of the 80th Anniversary of BOC and gestures of reconciliation and goodwill between civilians and members of the Security Forces received the blessings of Commander, Security Forces – Kilinochchi, Major General GV Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG.
