ADVANCE PSYCHOSOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING FOR STAFF AT HARMONY CENTER
1. On the concept of Hon Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksha Secretary, Ministry of Defence and Urban Development, Advance Psychosocial Skills Training workshop was commenced on 16 September 2014 at SF HQ (KLN) Auditorium with the presence of Comd SF (KLN).
2. This workshop will be continued for 10 days and 25 officers and Ors who perform duties at Harmony Center. The intention of this workshop is to enhance the effective communication skills to cope – up with civilians in past war era
3. Dr. Shantha Kumar Hettiarachchi, Mrs Makanthi Hettiarachchi and Ms Evanjalin Ekanayake eminent Psychosocial lecture, conducted the lectures with interactive methods to develop the skills of Army personnel.
