84 OFFICERS AND OTHER RANKS OF SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI RECEIVED TAMIL LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATES
As per the direction of Commander of the Army , Tamil Language Course sponsored by National Institute of Language Education and Training commenced with the aim of enhancing Tamil language skills amongst Officers and Other Ranks serving in Northern area on 27 April 2015. The closing ceremony of this course was organized by Security Forces Jaffna and colorful ceremony was held on 08 May 2015 at Palaly Auditorium with participation of 320 soldiers.\r\n\r\n Hon. Karu Jayasuriya, Minister of Public Administration, Local Government and Democratic Governance and Buddha Sasana graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Hon. Ruwan Wijewardana, State Minister of Defence as Guest of Honour, Major General Jagath Dias Commander Securiy Forces (Mullaithivu), Major General Nandana Udawatta Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Mr Palitha Hewamudali - NILET and Senior Officers, Officers, State Officers and Other Ranks attended this closing ceremony.\r\n\r\n 84 Soldiers of Security Forces Kilinochchi also followed this twelve days Tamil Language Course and certificates were awarded by Chief Guest and other invitees during the closing ceremony. During the awarded ceremony Officers and Other ranks displayed their achivements to the audience.\r\n
