The Commander 661 brigade Colonel KHMS Wikramarathna RSP directed its troops to organize ifthar celebration at Jumma mosque -Pallikuda on 01 June 2019. After prayers General Officer Commanding of 66 Division, Commander 661 Bde and Army personnels and nearly 20 Islam devotees participated for breaking the fast. Event was arranged by the troops of 24 VIR under command to 661 Brigade.
During the celebration General Officer Commanding of 66 Division together with all officers donated some home appliance and drinking water bottles for the families in with the intention of uplifting their living standard.
