65 DIVISION TROOPS CLEAN AKKARAYANKULAM HOSPITAL & PALLAWARAYANKADDU ROAD
In response to request made by staff at the Divisional Hospital - Akkarayankulam, Kilinochchi, a Sharamadana campaign was launched in the hospital premises on 13 February 2017.\r\n\r\nDivisional Hospital - Akkarayankulam is providing health care services to nearly 6258 peoples who are coming from 04 vilages to seek expert care from Akkarayankulam area. \r\n\r\n652 Brigade and under command battalion troops and staff members of hospital attended the Sharamadana campaign to clean the hospital pemises.\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, troops of 11 Battalion Gajaba Regiment conducted Sharmadana campaign to renovated the road and removed garbage and other remnants both side of the road which is running from Nachchikuda to Pallawarayankaddu.‘Shramadana’ was demeanored under the guidance of Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana, Commander, Security Forces-Kilinochchi and under the supervision of Major General Sarath Weerawardena, General Officer Commanding, 65 Division and Brigadier Commanders of 651 and 652 Brigade.\r\n
