573 BRIGADE AND 5 SRI LANKA ARMOURED CORPS CONTINUE WELFARE PROJECT IN KILINOCHCHI
Colonel K Liyanage Commander 573 Brigade had been planned to distribute gift parcels for Pre School children of 23 Pre School in Welikandal area. As per the first step of this welfare programme 573 Brigade distributed gift parcels for 46 Pre School children in Nagendra – Puliyanpokkanai and Kandavalai Ranjith Weda Pre School on 03 November 2015.\r\n \r\nSimilarly Commanding Officer 5 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps coordinated to distribute leaflets in Kilinochchi, focusing on World Diabetes Day on 14 November 2015 to bring awareness on diabetes related problems and the need for timely management of diabetes to prevent complications and live a healthy active life.\r\n
