Troops of 572 Infantry Brigade distributed more than 25 dry ration packs in Kumarasvamipuram area Kilinochchi with the sponsorship received from family of philanthropists from Jaffna on 28 June 2021.
Mr Sanjeev Nalin in response to a request made by the Commander 572 Infantry Brigade Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala contributed to the project. This programme was carried out after selecting the most needed.
The General Officer commanding, 57 Division Major General Priyantha Jayawardana, gave necessary guidelines to Commander, 572 Infantry Brigade to closely carry out the distribution process. The Civil Affairs Officer 572 Infantry Brigade and Commanding Officer 14 SLNG participated in the distribution programme with strictly adhering to the health protocols.
