With guidance of the General Officer Commanding 57 Division, Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, a blood donation programme was held on 18 March 2019 at Mankulam Hospital.
This programme was organized by 3rd Battalion Gajaba Regiment with the support of blood bank in Jaffna. 08 Officers and 71 soldiers were donated blood. The staff of Mankulam hospital given their immense support to success this event. This event was organized to promote the harmony among civilians and the military.
