Distribution of Palmyra seeds for needy families in the area was held at the Battalion Headquarters of 20 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Battalion in Mokkampon on 25 September 2020. The event conducted with the intention of sustainable reconciliation and uplifting the livelihood of the under privileged community in the area.
In line to the intent of General Officer Commanding of 66 Division Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku RWP RSP ndu, the project initiated under the supervision of Brigadier Ravi Pathiravithane psc commander 662 Brigade. Commanding Officer of 20 SLLI Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Kumara WWV RWP RSP with the Officers and Other Ranks of the Battalion were conducted the programme.
