As an efflorescence of a concept of the Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi, Major General Harendra Ranasinghe, newly constructed house was declared opened and bestowed on 13 July 2021 to Mr. Arumugam Naguleshwaran, Mailwanapuram Pilimanthanaru in a view of facilitating the needy families to uplift their living standard and enhancing the government reconciliation process.
Commander Security Force Kilinochchi, participated as the chief guest for the bestowing ceremony. Moreover, financial and manpower assistance has been extended by the troops in the battalion under the supervision of Commanding officer Major Chaminda Wanniarachchi Further, Battalion managed to provide required households applause, dry ration pack, fresh vegetables and stationery pack also. Moreover, Commander appreciated the troops who are contributed to construction of this house.
Further, General officer Commanding 66 infantry Division Major General Ajith Dissanayaka, General Officer Commanding of 57 Division Major General Priyantha Jayawardana, Commander 571 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Dammika Welagedara, Commander 572 Infantry Brigade Brigadier Nishantha Muthumala, Commander 573 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Manoj Madurapperuma, OIC – Police Station- Darmapuram, DS - Kandawali Division, GS - Mailawanapuram Division also participated to the event with adhering all Covid 19 preventive measures.
