450 RECRUITS PASS OUT AT SLLI TRAINING SCHOOL BOOSSA

Four hundred and fifty new recruits received training under Recruit Course No. 108 of Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) training wing passed out recently during a military ceremony at the parade ground, training school, Boossa on 03 May 2024.

Major General Mihidu Perera RWP RSP USP ndc Quarter Master General of the Sri Lanka Army, Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Light Infantry and Overlooking Director General General Staff of the Sri Lanka Army received the salute of the passing out parade on the occasion as the Chief Guest. Recruit Rathnayake RNCS became the Best Recruit of the course, Recruit Bandara IGI received the award as the Best Physical Fitness Recruit and Recruit Abeysekara ST received the award as the Best Shooter from the Chief Guest.

Parents and relatives of the new recruits, Senior Officers and Other Ranks witnessed the parade.
