Outgoing Center Commandant of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment Brigadier MPSP Kulasekara WWV RWP RSP

Center Commandant Brigadier MPSP Kulasekara WWV RWP RSP Senior Officer who rendered great service for the betterment of the regiment by providing good leadership to the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regimental Center and the battalions controlled under it, retired from his post on 06th December 2023.

This senior officer, who started his duties as the 27th Center Commandant of the Regimental Center on 21.09.2022, carried out many development projects for the development of the Regimental Center under his supervision, and the governance and welfare of the officers and soldiers of the Regiment until the date of his resignation. A good contribution was given for the systematic implementation.

On the farewell day, Centre Commandant was welcome by guard turnout and ceremonial parade of Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment. Group photo was taken with all the officers and NCO’s who were present after paying floral tributes to commemorate the fallen war heroes. Latter address the troops and made meaningful speech and also participated in tea party held at the Cpl club RHQ SLLI.
