The Col of the Regt Maj Gen LM Mudalige RWP RSP ndu has commenced the Second phase of SLLI Battalions visits which are deployed under the Security Force Headquarter (Jaffna) and Security Force Headquarter (Kilinochchi) on 10 September 2019.
The aim of this visit is to supervise the all administrative matters of the Battalions and directed to uplift wellbeing of Officers and Other ranks. Col of the Regt has visited 2 (V) SLLI, 11 SLLI, 16 (V) SLLI and 20 SLLI battalions and addressed troops at respective Battalion Headquarters during the visit. Further, Col of the Regt visited 19 SLLI which is under Battalion training at Mulankavil and inspect the progress of the Battalion training. Newly constructed Auditorium along with a Library (100' x 20') in 20 SLLI was declared open by the Col of the Regt during above visit. The Centre Commandant Col DAK Dissanayake WWV RWP RSP also Participated for the visit.
