SEVA VANITHA DONATION

Sri Lanka Light Infantry Sevavanitha Unit has always been dedicated and focuses on the welfare of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry members and their families. Further, under the direct supervision and guidance of the Maj Gen J R Kulathunga RSP ndc psc – Colonel of the Regiment and Mrs Thushari Kulathunga – Presiden Sri Lanka Light Infantry Sevavanitha Unit have facilitated the contribution to much valued welfare endeavour’s and managed to provide financial support for medical and education of the soldiers and their family members.

Colonel DAK DIssanayake WWV RWP RSP - The Centre Commandant has gave away the donations to under mentioned beneficiaries on 07 January 2019 at RHQ SLLI.

• Donation of Rs 100,000.00 to S/325653 Cpl Yapa YMNC – 4 SLL for medical
• Donation of Rs 20,000.00 to S/17D00059 C/Sgt Jayaratne LG – 2(V) for his child’s education
