The foundation stone had been laid in the land belonging to S/17D00162 L/Cpl Sunil S - 17 (V) SLLI (RFT SLLI) at Galagedara in Kandy on 15th May 2015 to build a new house for this disabled soldier. The SLLI Seva Vanitha Branch contributes 60% and Army director welfare financially contributing 40%. Further, labour assistance will be given by the 17 (V) SLLI troops.
