Through the work of Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch, two families have found new hope in the form of decent housing at Pitipana, Homagama.

President of Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs Dhananjani Karunasekara symbolically handed over the keys of 1.5 million rupees worth of house to WO I THSS Gunathilake and 1 million rupees worth of house to Mr Priyantha Kumara de Silva, a civil employee at RHQ SLLI in a simple ceremony.
The members of Sri Lanka Light Infantry Seva Vanitha Branch, Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers of RHQ SLLI attended the house - warming ceremony.
