Sri Lanka Light Infantry Inter Battalion Athletic Championships -2015 got under way at the Mahinda Rajapaksha Stadium, Diyagama on 29 July and 30 2015. Total numbers of 14x565 from 24 battalions (including RHQ Bn) participated in the meet.\r\n\r\nMajor General J R Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, Deputy Vice Chancellor, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Ratmalana, who was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony. Two days event reachedits culmination with the presentation ceremony.\r\n\r\nPresentation ceremony held at 1600 hrs on 30 July 2015 at the same venue. Maj Gen KADA Karunasekara RSP USP ndc psc - Col of the Regt SLLI, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
