The Inter-Regiment Volunteer Force Volleyball Championship organized by the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force Headquarters was held on 22.03.2024 at the indoor stadium of the Army Physical Training Center in a grand manner.
After several rounds of warm competition between the regiments, the final match was held with the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment Volleyball Team and the Sinha Regiment Volleyball Team. S/D103108 Pte Amarasinghe AT - 2 (v) SLLI and S/D100758 L/Cpl Saman Kumara KMS - 2 (V) SLLI players won certificates as the best striker and best Server.
For this victory, Col of the Regiment and all ranks extend heartiest congratulations to the victorious and energetic Players of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment.
