As per the conceptual notion of the Chief of Staff and the Colonel of the Regiment SLLI, The Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI) spearheaded a house construction project for War Heros families and it is further expanded by donating one more new fully fledge house is donated to the Next of Kings of Demised Pte Madusanka PAG at Amarangoda in Weliweriya.
This house was erected in accordance with the direction of the Honourble Presodent of the SLLI Sewa Vanitha Branch and construction was completed by the troops of 15 SLLI. THE expenditures have been born by the SLLI Sewa Vanitha Branch and house was formally donated by the Chief of Staff and Colonel of the Regiment SLLI to the Next of King at the auspicious time.
Brief ceremonial warming ceremony held on 14 November was graced by Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku , Chief of Staff and Colonel of the Regiment as the Chief Guest, together with President SLLI Sewa Vanitha Branch, Colonel Sujith Kulasekara, the Centre Commandant and a few Senior Officers.
