The Col of the Regt Maj Gen LM Mudalige RWP RSP ndu has commenced for the third phase of SLLI Battalions visit which are deployed under the Security Force Headquarter (Wanni) on 22 September 2019.
The aim of this visit is to supervise the all administrative matters of the Battalions and directed to uplift wellbeing of Officers and Other ranks. Col of the Regt has visited 23 SLLI, 24 SLLI and 5 (V) SLLI battalions and addressed troops at their respective Battalion Headquarters during the visit. Col of the regiment has laid foundation stone for construct of a new Auditorium (25' x 75') in 24 SLLI and declared open a billet (20' x 80') in 5(V) SLLI during above visit. The Centre Commandant Col DAK Dissanayake WWV RWP RSP also Participated for the visit.
