CERTIFICATE COURSE ON PRODUCTIVITY AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT CONCLUDES AT HQ SLAVF

A certificate course on Productivity and Process Improvement was conducted under the patronage of the Commandant- SLAVF, Major General K V N P Premaratne RSP USP nps psc at HQ SLAVF premises from 27 October 2025 to 31 October 2025.

The course was designed to impart the knowledge on how to improve working efficiency by applying 5S concept at the working stations and its benefits to the organization.

The course was resourced by Deputy Director (Development) of the National Productivity Secretariat Ms. Pranidhi Bopagamage, Senior Productivity Consultants Mr. Nihal Hennayaka and Mr. Geeth Rajapaksha.

Further, Productivity Development Officers of the National Productivity Secretariat, Ms. Nuragi Gunawardhana, Mr. Tharinda Marasinghe, Ms. Madhuwanthi Wijesinghe, Ms. Kumudunee Dangalla and Mr. Ranga Thushara shared their knowledge and experience during the course as resource persons.

The course comprised of 9 officers and 109 other ranks who are serving at HQ SLAVF and volunteer battalions.
