SRI LANKA ARMY VOLUNTEER FORCE TAKES STEPS TOWARDS PAPERLESS

With the intention of increasing administrative efficiency, saving paper resources, and reducingcosts, aligning with the government's broader economic recovery efforts and digitalization initiatives within the military, the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) conducted a lecture on Army Digital Correspondence Platform (ADCP), which was especially designed and developed by Directorate of Information Technology after experimenting numerous prototype versions.

The lecture was delivered by Major H M B M Herath - the Second-in-command of the 11 th Battalion Sri Lanka Signal Corps at the Multifunctional Hall of the SLAVF on 10 September 2025 under the directions of Major General K V N P Premaratne RSP USP nps psc, the Commandant of the SLAVF.

A gathering of senior officers, officers and other ranks who serve at the Headquarters SLAVF participated in the lecture.
